When you use the GA4 Audit Tool, we collect the following information:

• Your email address (provided during onboarding)
• Your Google account name and profile information (via Google OAuth)
• Read-only access to your Google Analytics 4 property configuration and reporting data

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to generate your GA4 audit report. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. Your analytics data is accessed in read-only mode and is used only to evaluate your GA4 property configuration.

Google OAuth & Permissions

We request analytics.readonly access to your Google Analytics account. This is a read-only permission — we cannot modify your analytics configuration, create or delete properties, or change any settings in your Google Analytics account.

Data Security

All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Your session data is managed via secure, HTTP-only cookies. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.

Data Retention

Audit reports and associated data are retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Revoking Access

You can revoke the GA4 Audit Tool's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, we will no longer be able to access your analytics data.

Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
